시험하는 자는 전연 예기치 않게 불시에 어느 때든 가리지 않고
달려들기 때문이다
이 평소의 생각으로써 각자는 자신을 연단하게 된다
베드로가 물 위로 걸어갈 때 그 눈이 주님께 향하고 있는 한은 제대로 물 위로 걸어갔다
그러나 눈길을 돌려 광풍에 휩쓸린 성난 파도를 대할 때
그는 금방 물 속으로 거침없이 빨려들어간 것이다
바로 이 점에서 생각이 사람을 만든다는 경고가 통하는 것이다
방심 않고 항상 주제 파악을 제대로 하는 것이 긴요하다
우리의 주제는 예수 그리스도, 마지막 아담이시다
우리의 생명(골 3:4)이시니 생명 외에 달리 주제가 있을 것인가
사람으로서 항상 나와 동행 동거 동고동락 동역(同役)하시니
그리스도 외에 누구를 또 의식할 것인가
